CEO & FOUNDER
Andrew Dike is the Founder and Chief executive officer of Optima-Strate Consulting, Inc. He became the CEO of Optima-Strate Consulting in February 2020. Andrew began his career in the business consulting sector with Medacs, a part of Impellam group in 2008 England for four years and three years of experience as a Financial Analyst. In addition, with over eight years of leadership experience working in the Medical Lab diagnostics Environment at Birmingham City hospital England, CHI St Luke’s Health, The women's hospital of Texas, Texas children's hospital and Houston Methodist hospital.
Andrew Dike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Anatomy, a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from Wolverhampton University England and an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University -Mays Business School.
Andrew Dike utilizes his profound experiences with all aspects of the company's businesses, including from his experience as the founder and Chief executive officer, to develop, articulate, and lead the execution of the company's strategic vision of creating premium services and value to our clients at a better price value.
